BUG BLITZ / BUS BLAST 2005

Presented by Mo-Kan Volkswagen Club and NEATO, along with the help of our friends the Buskatiers.

All proceeds raised by our raffle have been donated to Good Samaritan Project, which is committed to curbing the spread of HIV in the 15 counties surrounding Kansas City.

Our show was held over Memorial Weekend:  May 27-28, 2005.

Charity

The proceeds from this year's raffle have been donated to the Good Samaritan Project.  We donated a grand total of $1000.  Thanks to everyone who supported this charities by purchasing raffle tickets at our show!

Good Samaritan Project was founded in 1985 in response to the growing AIDS crisis in Kansas City.  The purpose of Good Samaritan Project is to provide supportive and responsive care for a diverse community of individuals affected by HIV/AIDS through education and advocacy.

Good Samaritan Project serves thousands of people in a 15 county area surrounding Kansas City through direct care services and preventative programs.  Good Samaritan Project is dedicated to working with people living with HIV/AIDS, their families, friends, and loved ones to provide practical solutions, comfort, and hope.

Good Samaritan Project also promotes widespread community understanding of the nature of HIV and its prevention.   

All services are provided at no charge, without regard to sex, age, religion, race, economic status, or sexual orientation.
