June 20, 2009 - 24th annual Omaha Volkswagen Club Show & Shine at Nebraska Crossings Outlet Mall in Gretna, Nebraska. See Omaha VW Club's web site for more details.
July 8, 2009 - Monthly Mo-Kan VW Club meeting: 7:00pm at a new location: Sonic, 2707 NW Vivion Rd, Riverside, MO.
July 11, 2009 - Free car show at Advance Auto Parts in Benton, MO. 11am to 3pm at 8418 E. 171st Street, Benton, MO. Prizes will be given to participants.
July 19, 2009 - Art of the Machine show at the Kansas City River Market. 10am-2pm. There is no fee to show your car. We will assemble as a group in the parking lot at the southwest corner of 7th Street and Grand Blvd between 9:30am and 10am. (The parking lot runs the full block from 7th & Grand to 7th & Walnut.) At 10am SHARP, we will form a procession and exit the parking lot onto Walnut (following the Porsche Club) and drive down Walnut through the City Market archway. Bring your lounge chairs and hang out with the club for this very laid-back event!
