I found a 1969 Bug in a Lenexa, KS farm yard in April of 1990.
Paid $300 for this
one owner, 159000 original miles car that had a broken right front ball joint and no left
rear
fender. I found the replicar 40 Ford hood in Charles City, Iowa. The bug was entered
in the 2nd Bug Blitz and won 1st place in the Under Construction class. I brought
the bug home from that show and started construction of Darth. It took 8 months to
complete what you see now.
